Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of multigoal.uk (the “Site”) and any goods you buy from MultiGoal Ltd (“we”, “us”, “MultiGoal”). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.

MultiGoal Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales. Contact details and trading address are on our Contact page.

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract to place an order on the Site. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18.

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything that happens under your account.

We may suspend or close any account where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

An order placed through the Site is an offer to buy. The contract between you and MultiGoal is formed when we send the order confirmation email. Until then, no contract exists and either party may withdraw without penalty.

We may refuse or cancel an order at any time before dispatch where we suspect fraud, pricing error, stock shortage, or any breach of these terms. Where we cancel an order before payment is captured, no charge will be taken. Where payment has already been taken, we will refund in full.

All prices on the Site are shown in GBP and include UK VAT at 20%. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Prices may change at any time but we honour the price shown at the moment your order was placed.

Payment is taken at the point of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. Verified trade accounts may pay on a 30-day purchase order; see Trade & Bulk.

Delivery windows, costs and carriers are set out on the Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.

Your statutory consumer rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. In addition, we offer a 30-day returns policy on unused items in original packaging. See the Returns page for the full process and what we can and cannot accept.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else where the law does not permit a limit.

Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of opportunity.

All content on the Site, including the MultiGoal name, logo and product imagery, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any of it without our prior written consent.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, carrier strikes, supply-chain disruption, fire and acts of government.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or any order placed on the Site.
