Not the right size? Changed your mind? Return any unused product in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

What you can return

  • Unused goods in original packaging
  • Standard stocked goal sizes
  • Unopened nets and accessories
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

What we cannot accept

  • Items that have been assembled or used
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Custom-printed teamwear (unless faulty)
  • Bespoke goals built to non-standard sizes

How it works

Three steps to a refund.

  1. 1. Request a returns reference

    Email hello@multigoal.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply with a returns reference and the warehouse address.

  2. 2. Ship the items back

    Pack the items in their original packaging with the returns reference clearly written on the outside. Smaller parcels can be returned by Royal Mail or your courier of choice. For pallets, we can arrange collection for a fee.

  3. 3. We inspect and refund

    Once the return arrives, we inspect within 1-2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method within a further 3-5 business days.

Damaged on arrival

Photograph it, then call us.

If your delivery arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the contents within 48 hours and email hello@multigoal.uk with your order number. Most damage-in-transit issues are resolved with a same-day replacement-part dispatch.

For pallet deliveries, refusing the delivery is often the cleanest route. Ask the courier to mark it as damaged before you sign. that triggers an automatic insurance claim and a replacement is dispatched as soon as we are notified.

Signing for a pallet as “received in good condition” before inspection can prevent us from filing a damage claim. When in doubt, mark it as “unchecked”.
