Not the right size? Changed your mind? Return any unused product in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

What you can return

Unused goods in original packaging
Standard stocked goal sizes
Unopened nets and accessories
Returned within 30 days of delivery

What we cannot accept

Items that have been assembled or used
Items missing original packaging
Custom-printed teamwear (unless faulty)
Bespoke goals built to non-standard sizes

How it works

Three steps to a refund.

1. Request a returns reference
Email hello@multigoal.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply with a returns reference and the warehouse address.
2. Ship the items back
Pack the items in their original packaging with the returns reference clearly written on the outside. Parcels can be returned by the courier of your choice.
3. We inspect and refund
Once the return arrives, we inspect within 1-2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method within a further 3-5 business days.

Damaged on arrival

Photograph it, then call us.

If your delivery arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the contents within 48 hours and email hello@multigoal.uk with your order number. Most damage-in-transit issues are resolved with a same-day replacement-part dispatch.
