Can I exchange a product?
Yes, but in practice we process exchanges as a refund and a fresh order.

We do not run a direct exchange queue. The simplest and fastest path is to place a new order for the item you want now, then return the original for a refund. This avoids stock holds and lets you receive the new item without waiting for the return to arrive.
