My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please photograph any damage to the outer packaging and the contents within 48 hours of delivery and email hello@multigoal.uk with your order number. Most damage-in-transit issues are resolved with a replacement part shipped the same day. Refusing the delivery is sometimes the cleanest route for pallet items: ask the courier to mark it as damaged before signing.
