How do I return a product?

To start a return, email hello@multigoal.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will send you a returns reference and the warehouse address. Returns shipped without a reference can be delayed.

For large pallet items, we can arrange a courier collection for a fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
